Travel Liability Disclosure
I am participating in the Salty Travels LLC offer, and hereby release, waive, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salty Travels LLC, agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, for bodily injury demands or causes of action of any type, including property damage or personal injury, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to participation in this trip with which I will be involved. I am aware that there are possible risks and dangers associated with my participation. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may sustain as a result of my participation, including travel to or from the trip destination. I am aware that the order of the trip itinerary may change at Salty Travels discretion. I am aware that flight and hotel points will not be awarded to me for the duration of my stay. I will assume all transportation and financial responsibility if I am late to or miss an excursion pickup and/or dropoff. I will complete all payments with 30 days of the trips start date. If payment is not received by Salty Travels with the said time period, I will have forfeited the amount paid or subject the funds towards another trip within (1) year. In addition, I assume liability for and agree to indemnify and to hold Salty Travels, partners and its employees harmless for all claims or damages caused, in whole or in part, by me and any negligent, intentional, or other act or omission on my part. No refunds will be considered in any circumstances whatsoever by Salty Travels LLC. Cancellations for any reason whatsoever, including medical reasons, death in the family, strikes, wars, weather, natural disasters, changes in travel plans, airline default or government travel warnings will not entitle the client to any refund. Travel insurance is therefore highly recommended.
